Delivery Information

1. Email Delivery:  We will send the report (generally PDF version) directly to your Email address. So please make sure that your Email works soundly to receive emails with large attachments. The report will send within 48-72 hours of receipt of payment.

2 Online Download: If the report is too large to be sent through email, we will provide you a download link to download the report file online.  The report can be download within 48-72 hours of receipt of payment.

3. If necessary, a hard copy or CD copy will be delivered to you by Fedex or DHL express. It will generally cost 3-5 working days.
